• The official retiremant age in my country is 60 and it is the same for both men and women.
• yes there is an old age pension for people too old to work.

• They are not so many social workers in my country and they are not popular.
• Charities in my country. concern tanzania charity, kanga project,teresa charities in tanzania.
•  Yes there is an equivalent of the National Health Service (NHS)  and is not working well.

Positive factors that will affect me at uni glam is that te health services are good. they provide essential facilities that assist students.The teachers at uni are very friendly and assist in any way possible. The infrastructures and facilities are extraordinary and fascinating in terms of internet accessibility as well as printing services that are easy to use. The security provided in school makes one feel comfortable knowing that there is some sort of protection for students. Individuals can get great deals from student union, or off campus from contract phones,tcontract laptops, furniture, cars anh houses. One can be able to pay mortgage in months or over years unlike back in my home country. Not only that but the quality of clothing sold in wales or United KIngdom is fo good quality and is expensive but worthwhile.

Apart from the good and positive sides of the uni life at glam, racism is a bad effect because it makes an individual  feel neglected as well as isolated. The course work given to the students is a lot and that affects in a way because thee is no time for leisure or relaxation, hence stress. With too much course work and stress students tend rely on alcohol and drug abuse as a way to relieve themselves. That leads to a bad effect in uni assignments. A lot of alcohol intake can lead to depression and cause home sickness as a consequence.

Many riots round the world happen in a sequence from the start ofthe place where the riot took place influencing other people to act and become violent hence leading to a catastrophic disaster.

LANGUAGE

The language chosen from around the world is English that first started in britain and travelled throughout the world.
'The history of the English language really started with the arrival of three Germanic tribes who invaded Britain during the 5th century AD. These tribes, the Angles, the Saxons and the Jutes, crossed the North Sea from what today is Denmark and northern Germany. At that time the inhabitants of Britain spoke a Celtic language. But most of the Celtic speakers were pushed west and north by the invaders - mainly into what is now Wales, Scotland and Ireland. The Angles came from Englaland and their language was called Englisc - from which the words England and English are derived.'( Englishclub 2012). The language is spoken all over Britain.

'English was not spoken in England until 449, when three Germanic tribes from Denmark, the Jutes, Angles, and Saxons, invaded Britain.
The Angles, who settled along the east coast of north and central England, developed literate culture and gave their name to the country (Angle-land, England).

The Welsh Assembly

It was firstly opened in 2006 and the first meeting took place in 2007. The Senedd is the other name given to the welsh assembly and is situated in Cardiff Bay in penarth,St. David's hotel. It use to be the centre for  trade a few years ago until recently when it was changed to jut a luxury place. This is the place where all the laws are made and enforced throughout Wales. The meetings held in this place are called plenary meetings and they take place every Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon at 13.10 in the Siambr.

The Senedd has a particular ceiling  which is called a wind cowl which draws out warm air and is cooled and passed down to the room and is distributed throughout the whole of the builing. It is also used to collect water from thousands of glasses that are put on the roof when it rains.

'A referendum is a form of direct democracy but a referendum is rarely used in British Politics. In most issues, as befits representative democracy, the government decides policy after Parliamentary debates etc. Referendums put the onus on the voter in what is essentially a 'yes' or 'no' choice. The Labour Party promised two in its 1997 manifesto on the issue of whether we join the Euro or not and whether the country needed another electoral system to replace the First-Past-The-Post system. It is believed that time management helps in ways of producing the best results in a certain amount of time due to the skills developed or acquired, is the ability to use time wisely in order to achieve specific goals and duties whether it is over a certain period of time like a day, weeks or months.

There are many strengths and weaknesses of having and using time management being that in terms of the pros that work can be done within time and of efficiency. when a person is well prepared for the work or assignment given time and space is given to achieve the best of the work. Another advantage regarding time management is that proper research is done effectively as well as referencing and having the time to edit the work done.

'Take a firm control of your everyday tasks, and projects. This is a basic time management habit needed at our hectic workplaces today. Techniques of these sorts really represent “hands on” time management. Knowing that you have your tasks under control will also help you in staying calmer. The weaknesses regarding to time management is that sometimes it can lead to bad recording or panicking due to the availability of time being short if planned though not taken into consideration nor being able to actually do the work on time. Also the fact that time management brings about stress and that causes hyper tension to those that have more than one assignment or project to do. here is the problem of multitasking that not so many can achieve being able to multitask two assignments at the same time.

Strategies needed to maintain and improve time management are to do the most important thing first, keep websites addressed organized, know when to work best. have a to do list or a scale of preference to know what you will start and end with and most of all to do work with patience.

Comparisons and Constrants in the Education of the UK and in Botswana

In  Britain and Tanzania you can find some things in terms of the social, political, technical aspects such as the dress code from kindargaten till high school it is compulsory to have the same uniform though in different colours depending in the class but most of the schools have a uniformal code.

The Education in Tanzania is very different from the Education in United Kingdom especially in the sense that the education in Tanzania is difficult and consists of many things in particular. mostly to the fact that in Tanzania lectures are taught in terms of more theories than practicals. The theories in a way do not have help in learning because for some people to learn through practical is the best way to learn and gain skills and experiences.

Providing the best educational facilities and the best environment for children is a way to let them learn safetly and enjoy being in school. Summary of The New government

The general elections in Britain have mostly been won by the Conservatives. It is believed that David Cameron being the leader of the conservatives has been the youngest leader to join in the government. The government consists of Labour and the Conservatives with the liberal democrats being able to stand in between these two parties but having a closer relation and have gone more to the side of the conservatives. The Lib DEms have not been in favour  of how the electoral system was run. Since 1974 till date the results of the elections have been the parties that had the most votes in all of the elections.

The majority are very friendly and try to help out if its with the directions or the things for examples lagguages. Not so many people are religious as other people would consider religion to be a MUST from where they come from.most love to gather for different occassions and to unite to celebrate different festival seasons together.

Though britain in form of infraustructure the houses are small but adequate to hole three or four members maximum that is why the government are strict on population or the birth rate. Mostly the people of britain are supposed to have two or three children and that causes a problem cause there are more old people in the community than the youth population.
